WEBSITE INFORMATION
Privacy.
How this website handles project information, browser storage and contact requests.
Inquiry information
The estimate form asks for your name, contact information, general property location and project details. Your request is emailed to the business team for review and a response. Confirmation appears after the mail service accepts the notification and its submission receipt is saved. If confirmation fails, fields stay in the page for retry.
How requests are handled
Request emails are handled in the business mailbox and used to review and respond to your project. This website does not create a separate customer database. It keeps a submission identifier, request digest and delivery status to prevent duplicate emails. Receipts older than 30 days are removed as new requests arrive. Those receipts do not contain your name, contact details or message. Mailbox records are managed separately for business correspondence. Call us with questions about access to or removal of your information.
Technical information and attribution
Hosting may process basic request information for operation and abuse prevention. Submissions include the form page and may include the landing page, referrer origin and campaign parameters to distinguish Landworks inquiries. Avoid entering private addresses or sensitive information in campaign URLs.
Browser storage
The form can store a random submission identifier and a digest of the request in session storage to reduce duplicate retries. It also stores limited campaign attribution, the landing path and referrer origin for the current browser session so a request can retain its source after navigation. It does not store raw form details there. To avoid counting a confirmed request twice, the browser can keep up to 50 random submission identifiers for this session; these are not sent to an analytics service.
Website measurement
This website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site and where they need help. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visits and measure interactions. Our tracking events describe page visits, estimate and phone-link clicks, form starts and confirmed requests. They do not include your name, email, phone number, entered property location or project message. We do not activate advertising tags or send these events for ad personalization. We do not activate Google Analytics when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. You can also control cookies and block analytics through your browser settings.
Photos and personal information
Share property images only through a confirmed contact route. Avoid including people, private documents or sensitive personal information. Inquiry information is not automatically published as project evidence.
